The objectives of the study are to quantify cardiac metabolic consumption of approximately 100 metabolites, measurable by quantitative mass spectrometry. The metabolic consumption of the heart will be measured in patients with heart failure who are simultaneously undergoing invasive hemodynamic assessment via right heart catheterization. This study's primary objective will be to create a database of lung cancer patients treated with immunotherapy agents and to access Remnant (left-over) tissue collected from clinically-indicated procedures/surgery for analyses, to determine factors that predict response to immunotherapy, and/or the toxicity prole of patients treated with immunotherapy.
