ELEVATE-HFpEF
40 years - 99 years
All genders
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dual chamber personalized pacing compared to minimal or no pacing for the treatment of HFpEF. This study will evaluate a personalized cardiac pacing rate as a treatment for symptomatic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (LVEF ≥50%).
Studying symptomatic Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy for those who Completed the Phase 3 ATTRibute-CM Trial (AG10-301)
18 years - 99 years
All genders
Phase 3
This open-label study is designed to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of acoramidis in participants with ATTR-CM, administered on a background of stable heart failure therapy. This study follows the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Study AG10-301 which was designed to examine safety and efficacy in this same population.
18 years - 99 years
Accepts healthy volunteer
All genders
The aims of this study are four-fold: (1) To determine if cholate clearance is related to underlying cardiovascular hemodynamics, specifically low CO, elevated CVP, desaturation as seen in the Fontan. (2) To characterize Fontan patients with elevated systemic HFR/portal HFR ratio. (3) To know whether cholate clearance is a reliable …
UPCC 28922 AbatacepT foR ImmUne checkpoint inhibitor associated Myocarditis (ATRIUM): A Phase 3, Investigator-Initiated, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Abatacept Compared to Placebo in Participants with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Associated Myocarditis
18 years or above
All genders
Phase 3
Interventional
This study investigates the effects of an investigational medication compared to a placebo in participants with myocarditis linked to immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI). This condition can occur as a side effect of cancer treatments that use ICIs to enhance the body's immune response against cancer cells. The purpose of this …

Phase 4
Interventional
This study investigates the effects of an investigational medication compared to other treatments chosen by doctors for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and moderate to severe heart problems. The study will include people whose heart function is below normal, as measured by a test called left ventricular ejection fraction …

All genders
Observational
This study investigates the occurrence of irregular heart rhythms in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who are treated with Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitors. The purpose of this study is to use wearable technology to monitor heart rhythms and blood pressure at home, aiming to understand how often patients …
