Brief description of study

In this research study, a new product called TLN-121 will be tested with or without a new product called TLN-254. TLN-121 and TLN-254 are being studied to treat non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has relapsed (cancer that has come back after it had been treated and was under control) or refractory (cancer that did not respond to or kept growing with treatment).
