Brief description of study

Phase IV, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating the clinical and immunologic effects of tirzepatide in adults with psoriasis and obesity. The trial will assess whether treatment with tirzepatide improves psoriasis severity while also evaluating changes in metabolic health and cutaneous immune pathways.
