Brief description of study

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Surpass Elite with GUARDian Flow Diverter System (FDS) in the treatment of unruptured, wide-neck saccular or fusiform, intracranial aneurysms (IAs) located on the internal carotid artery (ICA) or its branches.
