Brief description of study

This is a multicenter randomized, open label study to evaluate overall survival with the Bria-IMT regimen in combination with Checkpoint Inhibitor [Retifanlimab], versus Treatment of Patients'/Physicians' Choice (TPC) in advanced metastatic or locally recurrent breast cancer (aMBC) patients with no approved alternative therapies available.

This study investigates advanced metastatic breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to explore new treatment options for patients with this condition.

The study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of a specific treatment regimen combined with a checkpoint inhibitor. It seeks to understand how these treatments affect overall survival in patients.

  • Who can participate: Eligibility criteria are to be determined (TBD).
  • Study details: Participants will receive either the investigational treatment regimen or a treatment chosen by their physician. An inactive substance, known as a placebo, may be used to compare against the investigational treatment.
