Brief description of study

This trial is testing V940 given with or without MK-3475A in people: Whose non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was fully removed with surgery, and Who may have an increased chance of their cancer coming back.

This study investigates high-risk stage I non-small cell lung cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate treatment options for patients who have had their cancer completely removed through surgery.

The study focuses on evaluating the safety and effectiveness of different treatment options for preventing cancer recurrence. It assesses the investigational medication when given alone or with other treatments.

  • Who can participate: Participants must be adults aged 18 and older who have undergone surgical removal of their high-risk stage I non-small cell lung cancer.
  • Study details: Participants will receive either the investigational medication alone or with additional treatments. Some participants may receive a placebo, which is an inactive substance that looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
