Brief description of study

This is a randomized, double-blind, Phase 3 study that will compare the efficacy and safety of INCB161734 plus chemotherapy versus placebo plus chemotherapy in participants with metastatic KRAS G12Dmutated PDAC who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic disease. The chemotherapy used throughout the study for each participant will consist of investigator's choice of 1 of 2 standard chemotherapy regimens: mFOLFIRINOX or GemNabP.
