Brief description of study

Clarity is a Phase 3 double-blind, placebo controlled, randomized clinical trial in patients with non-cardioembolic ischemic stroke or high-risk TIA, to determine if the addition of cilostazol to standard-of-care aspirin or clopidogrel reduces major adverse cardiovascular events during long term follow-up
