Brief description of study

The study is a prospective, randomized, controlled, multi-center, premarket study in patients with Persistent Atrial Fibrillation (PsAF) undergoing first-time catheter ablation with the VARIPULSE Catheter System. Participants in the study will be randomized into one of two arms: Arm 1: PVI and SVCI
Arm 2: PVI and SVCI + PWI
Additionally, a subset of study participants will also undergo a concomitant left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) procedure.
