Brief description of study

Requesting a reliance agreement with an external IRB. AYA 15-29 with no LTFU visit in the last 15 mo (and CG). US residents, 2 yrs since tx & 5 yrs since dx, English speaking & have a hx of cancer prior to age 22. Series of interventions: low touch, enhanced usual care group, & high touch. 4 surveys completed by AYA (2 for CG). AYA randomized (4 weeks) after BL & re-randomized (4 months) after the 2nd survey. We will review medical records for basic demos & info relevant to their onco tx hx.

The purpose of this study is to investigate engagement strategies for adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors. It looks at how different methods may help reconnect survivors with cancer-related healthcare.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of various interventions in re-engaging AYA cancer survivors with healthcare. It focuses on understanding which strategies work best for maintaining long-term health monitoring.

  • Who can participate: AYA cancer survivors aged 15-29 who have not visited a healthcare provider in the last 15 months can join. Participants must be English-speaking U.S. residents, at least 2 years post-treatment, and diagnosed before age 22.
  • Study details: Participants will be involved in different levels of care, including low touch and enhanced usual care. They will complete surveys and may be re-randomized based on their responses.
