Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to find out whether talazoparib in combination with enzalutamide or talazoparib alone delays cancer progression in people with mCRPC who have HRR mutations and have previously received abiraterone acetate.

This study investigates metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. It looks at how talazoparib, alone or with enzalutamide, affects this condition.

Researchers are evaluating the effect of talazoparib, both alone and in combination with enzalutamide, on the progression of the cancer. They are interested in understanding how these treatments work in people who have specific genetic mutations.

  • Who can participate: Participants must meet specific age criteria and have certain genetic mutations related to metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
  • Study details: Participants will receive investigational medications alone or in combination. The study will compare these treatments to determine effectiveness. A placebo is not used in this study.
