Brief description of study

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness and tolerability of the investigational study drug Dato-DXd (datopotakab deruxtecan compared to the standard care of Docetaxel. There is also an investigational device for lab analysis called VENTANA TROP2.

This study investigates non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It focuses on patients with advanced or metastatic forms of this condition who have previously been treated and do not have actionable genomic alterations.

The study evaluates the effectiveness and tolerability of an investigational medication compared to standard care. It also involves an investigational device for lab analysis.

  • Who can participate: Adults aged 18 and older with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, previously treated and without actionable genomic alterations, can participate.
  • Study details: Participants will receive either the investigational medication or the standard care treatment. An investigational device may be used for lab analysis. An inactive substance, called a placebo, looks like the investigational medicine but does not contain any medicine.
