Brief description of study

This study will evaluate whether the Impella 5.5 heart pump can safely support patients with severe heart failure and cardiogenic shock while doctors optimize their recommended heart failure medications. Patients at multiple hospitals will receive the device, and researchers will assess its safety and feasibility in real-world clinical use. The clinical intervention is the population group HFrEF
