Brief description of study
In this secondary use protocol, we will analyze de-identified data from a funded VA study called the Veterans Affairs Multi-omic Platform for Prostate Cancer (VA-MAPP) shared with our team through a fully executed data use agreement with the Greater Los Angeles VA and Penn Medicine to study the genetics of prostate cancer (PrCa) in men of self-identified Black race/ethnicity (SIRE).
