Brief description of study

This trial will evaluate a noninvasive deep brain stimulation intervention for fibromyalgia. Low-intensity transcranial focused ultrasound (FUS) is delivered to the cingulate cortex using a novel device, DIADEM. The DIADEM system is capable of delivering a known dose of ultrasound with high spatial and temporal precision, thereby modulating the activity of deep brain structures.
