Brief description of study
This is a surgical clinical registry to provide clinical information with the intent of measuring and improving quality. Our aim is to track and analyze osseointegration outcomes and complications of osseointegration percutaneous implant devices in upper and lower extremity amputees to determine long term prognosis, factors influencing infection risk, failure rates, adverse events, implant/patient selection and the effect of co-morbidities on long term outcomes.
