Brief description of study

This is a study evaluating Vtx-002 as a potential treatment for ALS. TDP-43 is a protein that is often dysregulated in ALS patients. Vtx-002 is designed to reduce pathological groups of TDP-43, reducing and preventing ALS pathology. Patients will receive a 1 time dose of Vtx-002 and then undergo a 5 year follow up period to monitor safety and efficacy.
