Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of RO7790121 (also known as afimkibart, formerly PF-06480605 and RVT-3101), referred to herein as afimkibart, in patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC). Afimkibart is a fully human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) against tumor necrosis factor-like ligand 1A (TL1A).
