Brief description of study

A single-dose, open-label, dose-escalation Phase 1b study in patients scheduled to undergo minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for known or suspected lung cancer via thoracoscopy (i.e., VATS). Single dose IV administration of Pemofolacianine for Injection, either on the day before surgery or on the day of surgery, with 2 different doses (0.02 mg/kg, 0.04mg/kg) in cohorts 6 patients starting at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg. There will be no stratification by dosing interval or tumor type.
