Brief description of study

This study will assess the ex vivo use of established and in-house near-infrared fluorophores for imaging brain tumors. Fluorophores will be topically applied to freshly excised tumor specimens for imaging on the surgical back table. Participants are patients undergoing surgery for CNS tumors who consent to use of their specimens. Procedures include consent at clinic, standard tumor removal, specimen collection, transport, and EMR-based CRF logging.
