Brief description of study

This study is a minimum of 24-month study that will enroll approximately 80 people who have direct relatives with confirmed pulmonary fibrosis. They will be randomized to either nerandomilist or placebo. Study procedures include physical exams, spirometry, HRCTs, ECGs, and questionnaires, as well as safety and clinical labs.
