Brief description of study

This is a prospective, multi-center, randomized, indication expansion investigational device exemption study. This study will look at the safety and effectiveness of left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and left bundle branch block (LBBB) with an indication for a cardiac resynchronization therapy with a defibrillator (CRT-D).
