Brief description of study

Requesting a reliance agreement with an external IRB. The objectives are to evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of pelacarsen (TQJ230) in participants with elevated Lp(a) and established CVD who have completed the parent Lp(a)HORIZON study, evaluate the long-term efficacy of pelacarsen (TQJ230) on 4P-MACE, and to evaluate the long-term efficacy of pelacarsen (TQJ230) in lowering Lp(a).
