ORKA-001-114: Moderate-to-Severe Plaque Psoriasis
Brief description of study
This Phase 2b, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluates the safety and efficacy of ORKA-001, a biologic targeting IL-23, in adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will undergo screening labs, questionnaires, physical exams, and receive subcutaneous study drug or placebo with regular safety and efficacy assessments.

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:
- Conditions: Plaque Psoriasis

Age: 18 years - 99 years

Gender: All
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Age 18 or older
- Diagnosis of stable chronic plaque psoriasis (± psoriatic arthritis) for ≥6 months
- ≥10% body surface area affected
- Candidate for systemic therapy or phototherapy
- No prior use of Skyrizi, Tremfya, or Ilumya
- Other biologic therapy washout: minimum of 5 half-lives
- Oral anti-psoriatic medications: washout of >4 weeks
- Topical anti-psoriatic medications: washout of >2 weeks
