Brief description of study

The goal is to collect real-world data on strategies being employed by pregnant individuals with T1D in the U.S. to manage their disease and to assess glycemic and pregnancy outcomes associated with these strategies. This is an observational study, with participant-data collection supported by clinical sites and the coordinating center, designed to create an aggregated dataset which includes participant self-reported data, personal diabetes device data, and medical record data, when available
