CHIRAD

-To establish a biospecimen repository including lymph node aspirates, lymph node cores, bone marrow aspirates, adenoid swabs, and paired blood samples from individuals with immune disorders, vaccinated individuals, and healthy controls. -To create a linked clinical database capturing relevant participant information, enabling correlation of biological characteristics with clinical features. This study is not designed to test a prespecified clinical hypothesis. Outcomes will be primarily descriptive and will focus on: (1) the feasibility and completeness of biospecimen and data collection; (2) characterization of immune cell phenotypes and transcriptional states across tissues and cohorts; and (3) exploratory comparisons of immune signatures between cohorts and over time.
