Brief description of study

This trial is testing the combination of islatravir (ISL) and ulonivirine (ULO) compared to a treatment called bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir (BIC/FTC/TAF) in people with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1). This trial is being done to: Test the safety of the combination of ISL and ULO compared to BIC/FTC/TAF; See how well the combination of ISL and ULO works compared to BIC/FTC/TAF; See how the immune system responds to the combination of ISL and ULO compared to BIC/FTC/TAF
