Brief description of study

Currently, there are no approved evidence-based medicines for the treatment of symptoms in patients with nHCM. In the absence of proven therapies for the treatment of symptomatic patients with nHCM, this study employs a randomized, placebo-controlled, parallel-group design evaluating ninerafaxstat added to the standard of care (SoC) to maintain clinical equipoise.
