Brief description of study

The study is a prospective, open-label, multicenter, extension study of acoramidis in participants with newly diagnosed ATTR-CM (or both ATTR-CM and ATTR-PN). The study population will be participants from the AG10-501 study only who are newly diagnosed with ATTR-CM (or both ATTR-CM and ATTR-PN) during that study. Participants will be treated with acoramidis 712 mg orally twice daily.
