UPCC 04624 Prospective reliability study of the Vectrawb360 3D whole body imaging system as a skin cancer screening instrument for solid organ transplant recipients (SOTRs)
Brief description of study
Determine interrater reliability between 3D whole body image assessment and in-person clinical assessment regarding the need for in-person evaluation of keratinocyte carcinomas in high-risk patients.
- VectraWB360 3D whole-body photography-based assessment by a dermatologist (Approach 1).
- In-person clinical assessment by a dermatologist (Approach 2). Determine interrater reliability between 3D whole body image assessment and in-person clinical assessment of keratinocyte carcinomas in high-risk patients.
VECTRAWB360 3D whole-body photography-based assessment by a dermatologist (Approach 1) and supplementary 2D photographs of scalp, hands, and feet. In-person clinical assessment by a dermatologist (Approach 2). Determine interrater reliability between 3D whole body image assessment and in-person clinical assessment of keratinocyte carcinomas in high-risk patients by body segment. Specificity and sensitivity of clinical exam using Vectra images vs in-person clinical exam. Patient-reported outcomes using Vectra (currently creating the survey questionnaire, we will send it once completed).
