Brief description of study

This study consists of one study visit that will be used to collect multiple samples on each participant: a breath sample, a sputum sample (induced or expectorated), spirometry, blood, and urine. The purpose is to collect and bank biospecimens from people with CF and specific respiratory microbiologic profiles to make them available to the research community to test and validate diagnostic assays for the detection of relevant CF pathogens.
