Brief description of study

To evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of mezagitamab in participants 18 years of age with chronic primary ITP.

To evaluate the long-term efficacy of mezagitamab in participants 18 years of age with chronic primary ITP. Occurrence of TEAEs and serious TEAEs. Occurrence of TEAEs leading to permanent withdrawal of mezagitamab.

TEAEs means treatment-emergent adverse event Duration of platelet response, measured by the cumulative number of weeks on which platelet count was 30,000/L throughout the trial.

The cumulative number of weeks on which platelet count was 50,000/L throughout the trial.
