Determine the safety of short-course palliative RT for pediatric patients with incurable CNS disease, defined as the ability to successfully complete short-course RT without grade 3 or higher toxicity (per CTCAE v5) within 3 months of the final fraction of RT.
Determine the effects of short course RT on patient or family-reported quality of life
Determine the overall survival of this cohort of patients
Determine changes in steroid requirements that occur during the study period Safety of short-course palliative radiotherapy for pediatric patients with incurable CNS disease, defined as the ability to successfully complete short-course RT without grade 3 or higher toxicities (per CTCAE v5) possibly, probably, or definitely related to RT within 3 months of the final fraction of RT. Patient or caregiver-reported quality of life before, during, and after short course RT, as assessed by PedsQL or FACT-Br.
Overall survival of patients undergoing short course RT.
