Brief description of study

This is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy in delaying relapse of depressive symptoms as well as the safety and tolerability of NBI-1065845 1 mg administered orally once daily (qd) as an adjunctive antidepressant in subjects 18 years of age with moderate or severe MDD, who have had an inadequate response (IR) to at least one oral antidepressant in the current episode of depression.
