Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to determine surgical outcomes following surgical excision (MMS vs WLE) of cutaneous desmoplastic/spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma. The primary objective of this study is to determine local recurrence rates following surgical excision of cutaneous desmoplastic/spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma. Secondary objectives are to determine recurrence rates (in-transit, nodal, and metastatic disease) and survival outcomes (overall survival, disease specific survival) following surgical excision (MMS vs WLE) of cutaneous desmoplastic/spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma.
