Brief description of study

The purpose of this clinical trial is to compare the benefits and tolerability of three medications that are FDA-approved and used for migraine preventive treatment - atogepant, a newer migraine preventive medication, propranolol, and topiramate, two older migraine preventive medications. This study will provide a head-to-head comparison of the relative effectiveness, tolerability, and continued use for the duration of the study of these medications.
