Brief description of study

PURPOSE The AMPLATZER Post-infarct Muscular VSD Occluder device remains a HUD. This study protocol outlines the compassionate clinical use of the AMPLATZER VSD Occluder device for treating muscular Ventricular Septal Defects (VSDs) in patients who are not candidates for traditional surgical repair. VSDs are congenital heart conditions characterized by abnormal openings between the heart's chambers, which can lead to serious complications.

  • Conditions: Humanitarian Use Device
  • Age: 99 years or below
  • Gender: All
