Brief description of study

To examine the feasibility of recruiting and evaluate before and after outcomes of breast cancer survivors to undergo a patient-centered, interdisciplinary, multimodal comprehensive rehabilitation program aimed at addressing musculoskeletal, fatigue and cognitive sequelae of their cancer treatment (chemotherapy and/or endocrine therapy). Multifactorial Memory Questionnaire APT II- Attention Process Training Questionnaire 6 Minute Walk Test SF-36
Visual Analog Scale (for pain);
Borg Dyspnea scale;
Hospital anxiety and depression scale;
Fatigue Assessment Scale;
Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA);
De Paul Symptom Questionnaire (Questions 14-18) for post-exertional malaise;
