Brief description of study

Determine if RAS Inhibitors inhibit the in vitro growth of RAS mutant primary human AML cells. This is a pre-clinical evaluation. There is only one outcome to be measured. The assay is a colony forming assay. AML cells form colonies which are manually counted. Endpoint will be a statistically significant decrease in colony forming units by greater than 20%. None.
