Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to obtain long-term safety data and long-term maintenance of remission with avacopan treatment in subjects with ANCA associated vasculitis (AAV) on standard of care (SOC) background immunosuppressive therapy. Additionally, health-related quality of life measures and renal function will be assessed. Subjects with severe, active, newly diagnosed, or relapsed AAV (granulomatosis with polyangiitis [GPA] or microscopic polyangiitis [MPA]) will be enrolled.
