Brief description of study

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare, chronic, autoimmune, connective tissue disease with one of the highest mortality rates among rheumatic diseases. Objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of efgartigimod for SC administration coformulated with rHuPH20 (efgartigimod PH20 SC) compared with placebo (placebo PH20 SC) on skin sclerosis in participants with SSc.
