Brief description of study

The AG10-501 ACT-EARLY study is a randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of acoramidis for prevention of ATTR. The objective of this study is to evaluate if the use of acoramidis as a prophylactic intervention in individuals who are carriers of a known pathogenic TTR variant but with no clinical evidence of ATTR could delay the onset of disease or prevent it entirely .Participants will be randomized ito acoramidis 712 mg orally BID or to a matching placebo.
