Brief description of study

  1. Investigate the involvement of the microbiome and associated metabolites in ovarian cancer.
  2. Generate a predictive model for ovarian cancer risk and progression. The primary outcome variable is metabolite identification and analysis. The secondary outcome variable is cancer risk as related to metabolites and genetic variants.
