Brief description of study

The objective of this study is to identify families and individuals with tumors and characterize inherited genetic variation. The outcome of the study is the identification of novel high and low penetrance cancer susceptibility alleles. This is expected to significantly advance our knowledge of the development of cancer and has direct relevance to prevention and treatment of at risk individuals. n/a
