Brief description of study

To evaluate methods of large-scale cell manipulation and activation for future adoptive immunotherapy trials. This includes enrichment, isolation and activation of T cells and dendritic cells in vitro. This protocol includes only the use of the cells or derivatives thereof for in vitro experiments and storage of cells for possible use in a future trial. Cell expansion procedures developed for use in clinical research protocols in development or to refine current expansion procedures. Not applicable
