Brief description of study
Primary Objective
To determine the normal [18F-]FTHA transit times through the intestinal lymphatic system, and TD among healthy human subjects imaged on the PennPET Explorer (Whole body PET scanner).
Secondary Objectives
A. To evaluate the viability of [18F]FTHA imaging to detect and ascertain the level of lymphatic obstruction among patients with suspected stenosis/obstruction of the TD-venous junction comparing to normal research subjects B. To investigate whether [18F]FTHA transit times improve after surgical decompression of the TD-venous junction, in patients with stenosis/obstruction of the TD-Venous junction. FTHA uptake in intestinal lymphatic system detection of obstruction in patients with suspected stenosis of TD-venous junction
