Brief description of study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of using multiple medicines compared to a single medicine in subjects with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease. Each group will have a 35-day screening period, followed by a 12-week induction period, a 12-week maintenance period, and a follow-up phone call. At the end of the Maintenance period the doctor may recommend that the subject participate in a long-term extension study and receive Risankizumab (Skyrizi)

Eligibility of study

You may be eligible for this study if you meet the following criteria:

  • Conditions: Medical Research
  • Age: 18 years - 75 years
  • Gender: All

Have not previously used 3 or more biologics or small molecule medications (ex. Remicade, humira, stelara, skyrizi, ixifi, tremfya, rinvoq, etc.)
