Brief description of study

Aim is to define the independent association of the structures of cardio-OB care with clinical outcomes, after adjusting for patient-level characteristics associated with these outcomes in a population of pregnant patients with cardiovascular disease. Participations will complete surveys/interviews at baseline, postpartum, 6-month postpartum, 12-month postpartum.
