Brief description of study

Workforce shortages reinforce professional burnout, limit the implementation of evidence-based practices, and reduce effective care in a health system with profound behavioral health needs. This survey study aims to understand the ongoing effects of these disruptions and fulfills evaluative research as part of our partnership with the Department of Behavioral Health and disAbility Services (DBHIDS) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH).
